Feature Request: Import Robinhood format CSV files

As a Robinhood user, I would like the ability to download transaction reports and directly upload them to the Wheeler database.
The application should either auto-detect the format, or have a selector for format type.

Fields:
Activity Date, Instrument, Description, Trans Code, Quantity, Price, Amount

Sample Data:
