Client.send() no longer works hence switched to client.invoke().

thanks @joel122002 but certainly I want to update the pyrogram version in my project that's is the reason i want to use this project because pytgvoip is not compatible anymore |

call_access_hash was never assigned a value. This caused DiscardCall to fail as call_access_hash is none. Now call_access_hash is assigned the call access hash after RequestCall. This allows the user to start and discard an outgoing call
