Feature description

Option to wait a little (say 10 seconds, 1 minute) before changing the icon to an error icon.

Problem or use case

When I see the icon red I open it to see what the issue is. But many errors are transient and resolve within a few seconds when Syncthing retries (at least in my experience).

Alternatives or workarounds

The current state. I can wait for such a period before checking the error but if I miss the moment of color change, I find myself not knowing how long it has been red.
