thanks for providing this nice package! In my opinion, robust consensus clustering is an underrated problem in the single cell world.
Would it be possible to extent the package for a smooth interoperability with R (python)?
This would be highly appreciated and increase accessibility for the sc community!
(I build my own workaround calling a bash script from R, which calls a julia script. Exporting and importing temporary csv's.
There is probably much better ways to handle this, that can be more generalized, also for setup).
