Cold start with CVT addon warning

Hi, the CVT addon mod adds a few features to the engine starting process when it's too cold :

• Engine preheating depends on the outside temperature – the colder it is, the longer the preheating time.
• Engine start depends on temperature – influenced by the environment or weather.

It shows a warning if preheating is required, but the warning does not disappear when the engine is running if RVB is active at the same time.

I don’t use the CVT Addon mod, but even without the RVB mod, it continuously displays: 'Preheat necessary for the start of the engine!' I will look into it and let you know if I manage to fix it. The "Preheated" message never appears :)

Thx, I tested without RVB and the message disappeared immediately.
The "preheated" status is only showed by the preheating logo turning amber.
