this would limit jellyposter to show all poster under pg-13

just add maxOfficialRating=PG-13

i.e
get_random_movie_poster = requests.get(f'{jellyfin_url}/Items?Userid={jellyfin_userid}&limit=1&Recursive=true&IncludeItemTypes=Movie&IsPlayed=False&sortBy=Random&maxOfficialRating=PG-13&api_key={jellyfin_api_key}')

note if the movie /show does not have a rating it will be shown
