1.19.4 Forge Crash

I installed this mod (I have the dependents installed and active) and my Minecraft crashed before it even got to the title screen.

I'd love to use this mod, but it crashes before I can even get to the title screen. I am well aware that I have an ungodly amount of mods installed, but I can't even figure out what mod this one might be conflicting with.

Thoe log files and crash reports are empty. There is nothing in it. Can you provide proper logs?
