Add so it's possible for better debug seeding

Make a better debug seeder that looks more like real data.

• Put the real categories in there. They look a lot better when they are in place and fits better with the theme.
• Add better random data for Add-On's uploaded, like the creation and updated date.
• Correct versioning

Two items in the list was fixed in 55ba65c and e2e0e8a.

From bccf006 you get versioning. Sadly currently it does not work for default version.
