Add so repositories may download from other repositories

We currently support that we keep the repositories provided when users submit their Add-On, but we don't do anything special with them.

Make so we can take that repository link and check if that is the newest version. Of course, this could be done manually for now and later on we'll add a daemon that will check it in certain intervals. Of course, this must have been approved by the user.
