First rudementary functionality for sharing add-ons on other site

As this will be the main feature of the whole site, then the creating a rudimentary first version that supports basic functionality would suffice as a prototype.

Recommended is to create the system that will split the actual site with the hosting, so the user knows where the content is from. One could easily start with scraping Blockland forum occasionally for content and tell the user it was found from there.

Of course, if the user have already uploaded to the Repository, it will reference it. If not, then when uploading, it will suggest that linkage.
