Improve Shared Clipboard Conversion

Improve shared clipboard note conversion when pasting onto different bpm / time signature?

both are the same songs but have different beat per measurement.
One Piece - My Sails Are Set is in 6/8 time and My Sails Are Set-81866476 is in 2/4 time.
If I now copy paste events from 1 midi to the other midi, the notes will either get longer or shorter - even both songs have the same duration.
maybe possible that the note will geht corrected automatically while importing/pasting them from one to the other?
