Background jumping while scrolling

As the attached gif shows, while I scroll, the background jumps, as if it's following the code, but delayed.

I love this extension, but this is the only factor causing me to not want to use this extension. Is there anything I can do to fix this? This issue has occurred for me on more than one computer.

Not sure if it matters, but here are some specs:
Visual Studio 2017. Monitor: 3840x2160. Image: 1280x720. DPI setting: 150%. Blur radius: 6. Video card: GeForce GTX 970. CPU: Intel Xeon W-2133 @ 3.60GHz.
