Get Single Project by ID (Public)

Description:
Return detailed information for a single campaign.

Tasks:

• Create GET /api/projects/:id
• No authentication required
• Populate owner info (name only)
• Return 404 if project not found or not active (for non-owners/non-admins)

Acceptance Criteria:
Returns full project details for valid active project ID.

I can develop an AST caching solution using SHA-256 content hashing, configurable LRU-based eviction, and seamless integration with the parsing pipeline. I’ll also implement cache persistence for the VS Code extension using globalStorageUri, while keeping the CLI cache in-memory only. Additionally, I’ll expose a clearCache() API from @chainproof/core and provide benchmark data demonstrating performance gains for both unchanged and partially modified workspaces.
