Publish full routine sample reports

Summary

• add committed static full-routine sample reports for Baduanjin, Wu Qin Xi, and Yi Jin Jing under samples/routines
• link the routine gallery and direct routine reports from README.md and README.zh.md
• update the Pages workflow to publish the fixture demo root plus samples/routines under /samples/routines/
• update STATUS.md with current sample sizes and what remains intentionally uncommitted

Notes

• The reports are lean self-contained playback artifacts: Original clips, SMPL-X Teaching Track, and 5 fps Unitree G1 Model Replay MP4 media.
• Native GVHMR .pt, GMR .pkl, logs, full source videos, checkpoints, and MuJoCo PNG frame trees are not included.
