Why does the OD1NF1ST interactive web display flash and disappear quickly?

Thank you for your code sharing about OD1NF1ST in URL https://github.com/MichaelWrana/OD1NF1ST. I have some questions about how to produce a OD1NF1ST Interactive Web Display.
1）I have run MFS and generated the data files

2）run python -m odf.web and visit http://127.0.0.1:8572/

then， the OD1NF1ST interactive web display flash and disappear quickly，the log is：

I also can‘t succeed to run the subsystem “odf/ids”. It seeems that the tf version not right? Because I believe the code is right.
