Update IOController via API #25
Description
Add the ability for the IOController firmware to be updated automatically by routinely polling a new api. If a new update is available, the api should respond with details of the update (eg. version & url to .tar.gz package). IOController should download & unpack the new version & then restart (if not active session is running).
The same mechanism could be applied to update configuration as well.
