Within X seconds since obtaining an item, player is offered (UI pop-up?) to share it to the player with the lowest item score. If accepted (special hotkey?), the item is moved to the inventory of the player with the lowest item score.
If the difference in item score between the players is higher than Y, then the item share will be forced automatically. This value can scale with the score itself (when having 1,000 score, you don't care as much if you're behind by 10 or 20).
