Missing information on Website

Hello,

The website is missing fundamentals information (in my opinion):

1. A licence information page (guessing it's MIT)
2. A link to the github repository
3. A guidelines to create packages and submit packages to the repository

The project is new, good luck for its continuation :)

Gotta second that. I wanted to give it a try but I would want to know how to create packages first.
