Thickness between wall and internal corner is extremely thin (0.068 mm) where the bottom metal bracket inserts and creates a small hole when sliced:

Chamfer angles were adjusted slightly to increase the thickness of that wall so that it prints properly:

The small corner that hangs down and causes a print artifact was also removed:

Comparison of the modified part and original part (left is new, right is original):

Part now prints correctly without artifacts with recommended settings and with a 0.6mm nozzle and either a 0.2 and 0.28 mm layer height.
It may be a good idea to print with some supports around the hole as pictured below, if printer being used bridges poorly:
