Adding new users or Microsoft account users don't have same customizations of the local account.

Hi,

Love the work you've done, but for my uses I wanted to secure the deck for my children's use. The local account grants too much access to the open internet, so would you be able to help detail all the customizations made on the local account so I can replicate them for my children's accounts?
