feat(core): extend azoth's obfuscation to other parts of the deployment bytecode

deployment bytecode: [Init Code] + [Runtime Bytecode (embedded)] + [Constructor Args] + [Metadata]
we only obfuscate runtime at the moment. we need to obfuscate the init section and constructor args
