I have an idea for enhancement, but I am not sure if this might be useful or even belong to the Better Contracts mod.
Anyway, the idea is that player could specify crops that would be blocked to grow by NPCs on unowned fields with certain size in hectares (for all saves/new games). Not completely blocked for all fields (there are already scripts that can do that), but for example prevent rootcrops on fields bigger than 7 ha. Lets just say that harvesting carrots on 50 ha fields is pain in the ***, but it would be "nice" to have rootcrops on smaller fields to have bigger variety of jobs.
I have already tried to create script that does this with help of AI (ChatGPT and Claude), but I am unable to make it work, (my biggest "achievement" is editing XMLs :D) and I guess this script would be extremely difficult to code.
What are your thoughts? Would it even be helpful for anybody else?
