Implement Bulk Change Ability for Character Screen

When managing characters, it may be helpful to some administrators to allow the ability to edit multiple characters at once.

For instance, if you wanted to make change multiple characters' status or rank, currently you have to click on each character individually, make the change, and press save. It would be more efficient if the system allowed you to select multiple characters, and make a change of certain generic fields (ie. Level, Rank, Status, etc)

This will likely be a longer term enhancement request. I see the value for having this capability but I'd like to potentially expand the Guild Roster update feature prior to going down a completely different path for bulk updates
