Add support for BetterP2P's Advanced Memory Card.

It allows you to bind P2Ps via a menu, rather than needing a card for each P2P group (e.g. each EU voltage tier).

There are two things that would need support:

• multi P2P tunnels
• new tunnel types (EU and pattern)

I suspect this will need some support form BetterP2P to implement, as it doesn't currently appear to be extensible.
