[Feature] Subtitles, vertical offset from the bottom of the screen (place in black bars), delay adjustment.

What problem does this solve?

The subtitles vertical position adjustment places the subtitles at the bottom on the vide portion of the screen and not the screen bottom (the black bars). Unnecessary obstruction of the video image while the black bars are empty.

Missing subtitles delay adjustment.

Subtitle delay is currently not possible with the media3 playback engine, see #197

I found a way to do subtitle offsets with Media3 looking through the documentation

Offsets are supported by the subtitle parser of media3 (CuesWithTiming), though it is an unstable API, it looks fairly easy to use (overriding the parse function to modify the output to include the configured offset)

Version 2.4.0 has big improvement. External subs are at the bottom of black bar. Internal subs moved down a bit half way between image and black bar with the same offset 0 from the bottom.

Closing this to move the discussion to #1137 to track the last remaining issue, as all of the requested features have been implemented it just needs a final tweak as specified in that issue.
