[Feature] Hide spoiler from unwatched episodes

What problem does this solve?

I find it frustrating when I start a new episode and the Home or Details acreens show me spoilers of the episode I've yet to watch.

Proposed solution

It would be great if there's an option to hide the image and overview from unwatched episodes on home and details screens.
