Change directory structure

If we make all threads look in the top level directory for the necessary .h, .lib, and .dll files which it needs, we can avoid any need for manual installation of the examples which a user would want to run! We should make this change ASAP.

Being worked on.. If anybody has a suggestion on how we can avoid needing the copy the Debug folder, and link the .dll from the top level directory.. Would be good.

Is there a static library for GLEW which we can use?
A VS2012 compatible static library?
