File names in readme #9
Description
Some students using PathLinker for class projects were unclear which Python file is the main starting point for PathLinker. It may help new users to revise the "What's included" section of the readme to refer to run.py instead of PathLinker.py and change the usage message of run.py.
Besides that, the software has been very useful for some of our network biology class projects.
