Channel post suggesting system. Send to all admins with selected channel for post suggestion the suggested post from user. Create inline keyboard with 2 buttons such as "Accept" and "Descline"
List of functionality requirements
- Describe event post.suggest.event.ts
- Check if bot have permission send messages in channel, send message if it doesn't have permission
- Fetch admin list of the channel by id
- Send message to all admins
- If somebody already made the actions on post delete the message which was sent to all admins
