The biggest star of this release is the all-new User Interface.

• Full Ecosystem Control: A dedicated frontend built to communicate perfectly with the backend. You can now manage every aspect of the "Sagra"—menu items, categories, printer assignments, and financial settings—from a single, intuitive dashboard.
• Operational Simplicity: Designed for high-pressure environments, the UI ensures that staff can handle orders and configurations without needing a manual.

🖨️ Hardware & Smart Printing Logic

We’ve overhauled the printing engine to ensure that every order finds its way to the right station, every time.

🔌 Printer & Cash Register Management

• Network Printer CRUD: Full management for network printers via IP and Port (defaulting to 9100).
• Status Monitoring: Real-time tracking of printer states (ONLINE, OFFLINE, ERROR) to catch hardware hiccups before they cause a queue.
• Cash Register Definitions: New /cash-registers endpoints allow you to define multiple POS points, each with its own Default Printer to handle unassigned items or fallback receipts.

🍽️ Intelligent Cascading Routing

No more manual sorting. We've implemented a Runtime Resolution Hierarchy for printing:

1. Specific Food Printer: Assigned at the item level (e.g., specialized stations).
2. Category Printer: If the food has no printer, it inherits from its category.
3. Cash Register Default: The final safety net for all prints.

🔄 Order Reprints (New!)

• The "Oops" Button: We've added the highly requested feature to reprint any order. Whether the paper jammed or the customer lost their slip, you can now trigger a reprint with a single click.

💰 Financial Precision & Orders

To ensure your books always balance, we’ve updated the order_items structure to be "future-proof."

• Historical Data Integrity: The system now captures unitPrice and unitSurcharge at the moment of purchase.
• Fiscal Stability: Even if you change your menu prices tomorrow, your past orders and financial reports will remain accurate and reflect the actual price paid at the time.

🖼️ Media & Asset Handling

We’ve streamlined how the system handles visual content with a new ImageService.

• Security First: Strict file filtering (JPEG, PNG, JPG) and a 5MB limit to keep the system lean and secure.
• Automated Cleanup: The system now handles folder creation and physical file deletion (unlink) automatically when images are replaced or removed.

⚙️ Infrastructure & API

• Reverse Proxy Support: Added TRUST_PROXY_LEVEL configuration. This allows Express to correctly resolve real client IP addresses when the app is sitting behind Nginx or a load balancer.
• Schema & Relations: Updated Prisma models for Printer and CashRegister with onDelete: SetNull behaviors to protect data integrity.
