Summer frontend support

Provide support and development of SynBioSuite JS/React frontend.
This includes:

• Debugging the frontend (navigating collections)
• Improving the flow of the GUI
• Harmonizing workflows (have a repeated pattern)
• Maintain tools working on iframes
• Coordinate with tool developers for integrations
