Add ensemble plots that show standard deviations amongst ensemble members

Provide a column in summary plot that shows standard deviation amongst ensemble members for each ensemble for that metric? Instead of summary link for each metric, it would open up two options, 1 - summary (as we have it). 2 - 3 columns, show ensemble mean, standard deviation and S/N (no obs).
