This release does some major safety and stability work by integrating with https://github.com/NHAS/tetcd to ensure future code changes are easier to do. It also enables configuration via gitops with json diffing. As the format and layout of the database is changing, a major version has been incremented. The last supported version of wag, 9.1.7 will be able to migrate to v10.0.0.
