Established from code/configs, Complexa does not: design small molecules (the ligand is a fixed input); accept RNA/DNA targets (no input field, no trained checkpoint, complex filter may drop NA chains); take typed-in sequences (it's structure-based); design short peptides (binders are ~100+ residues). The ligand pipeline also merges multiple ligands into one and keeps a single protein chain.
