Missing train configs/yamls

Thanks for the great work. Some of the configs that are referenced in the docs/TRAINING.md seem to be missing.
e.g. finetune_local_latents_binder_comb_extra_lenient_pdb and finetune_local_latents_binder_ted_extra_lenient_cat

Are you able to add this?
