I ran the command vina --config config.txt on Nvidia system. I got this error Command 'vina' not found, but can be installed with:
apt install autodock-vina

This repo is for cuquantum project. Are you running vina --config config.txt inside the container or are you trying to pull the cuquantum docker image?

I like to need docking software for my protein ligand combination project for this combination i need docking package so that like to need auto dock vino

As far as I know, auto dock vina is not part of cuquantum's offering.

Can you clarify what you're trying to do?
Are you trying to use vina in the cuQuantum Appliance from NGC?

If so, you will have to install vina. We do not provide it in the container by default.

Yes, I am trying to use AutoDock Vina within the cuQuantum Appliance from NGC. Since Vina is not provided by default in the container, I understand that I need to install it separately.

Could you please advise on the best way to install AutoDock Vina inside this container?
