Can we please get wheels for windows released too?

I am trying to install megatron-core[dev] but this is a dependency that prevents installation on windows

@sakgoyal the common way of using Megatron and its various dependencies on Windows machines is to use Linux via WSL2. Is there a specific scenario you are trying to enable? Can you provide more details on your needs?

I am trying to install megatron-core[dev] to use with NeMo.
When I try to use NeMo without megatron, I get a warning saying Megatron num_microbatches_calculator not found, using Apex version. But this is a dependency of megatron. trying to get nemo and megatron working together on windows (and python >=3.13) is causing a LOT of headaches
