Shmidt Semi-Normalization

I am using torch_harmonics for neural modeling of the solar corona, where the harmonics model the magnetic potential and indirectly the magnetic field in three dimensions.

In solar physics and geomagnetics, the "schmidt" semi-normalization scheme (G and H) is very common. I noticed that torch_harmonics only supports "norm" and "ortho" normalizations. It would be nice to support "schmidt" out of the box in addition to these, as pyshtools does.
