ThinLion Data and Documentation Discrepancies

• There are a handful of discrepancies with the spatial joins to police precincts, generally in cases where the polygon is an odd shape (e.g. a horseshoe) or has multiple precincts. Review these with GIS
• The ETL documentation was wrong in multiple spots. These should be documented, but it's not urgent.
