it wasn't since I think we had planned to see if a new geometry would override the old manual mapping one. before moving on to a Draft 3, I'll drop the manually mapping and let you know what (if any) geometry it has at the end

probably. let's plan to manually map that to where it should be. should it be a point, a polygon of an entire lot, or some custom shape?

I think keeping it a point should be fine, though it's interesting that this road outside of the City is still under the City's control. Superior Road is in Bellorose Terrace and isn't in LION.
