Have Ignored Update Games Not Show The Update Icon in the PlayPage

Would make it easier to find games with updates that actually matter, rather than ignored update games. Also, have the state of ignored updates change if a new version is detected that's not the ignored update

• Verify addAppUpdate clears dismiss on new version — addAppUpdate already drops stale dismiss when updateVersion changes

• Commit, push, and open PR — Committed, pushed, PR opened

Fixed in PR #157.

On PlayPage, ignored updates no longer show the extra update icon, so only non-ignored updates surface as actionable. I also checked the ignore reset path — new versions already clear the old dismissed state in addAppUpdate, so a fresh update will show again.

Ran bun run typecheck in application/ and it passed.
