When downloading files, the files are downloaded and saved as .feather files, which Hercules does not read, and do not have a "time_utc" column which is now a required input. I believe this is addressed if the wind data is upsampled (files are saved at .ftr files and "time_utc" column is added), but since we don't have a similar upsampling function for solar, the solar files are not compatible with running Hercules.
