Transformation of multilevel Thematic Groups drops lower level groups to root level randomly

While Skosifiying EKS-ontology (The library on parlament), I discovered that Skosify does not process multi level thematic groupings correctly. What ends up happening, is that some thematic groups are shown in their correct position, but some thematic groups are dropped to the root level of the thematic grouping hierachy. Below is a small exerpt:

I had to fix this by manually entering the correct skos:memberOf relations to re-aling the hierarchy after running the Skosify script.

Thanks for the report. Showing the data that goes in an out would be helpful. Even better would be a minimal example demonstrating the problem.

Hi Osma! I sent a complete EKSO publishing package to "finto-posti" a month ago. In that package there is everything you would need to run Skosify excactly as I did and see this problem. That package will propably eventually land in https://github.com/NatLibFi/Finto-data/tree/master/vocabularies , but publishing negoations between The library on parlament and NatLibFi are apparently still on going. Because of this, I am a little hesitant to upload that material here.
