In the w.npy files in the experiments /mnt/data/FA/191129_ABO/Fly2/001_coronal/ have the shape (2049, 480, 736, 2) and the red stack has shape (2050, 480, 736). Since a separate reference frame was used the motion field of the first frames seems to be missing.
