cloud tools should deploy init_notebook.py #107
Description
If we start deploying it, we need to start pinning it to cloud tools versions. I suggest we version it with the full cloud tools version.
cc: @catoverdrive, you've thought about versioning before, thoughts on this?
cc: @tpoterba, you noted that blindly re-deploying over gs://.../init_notebook1.py might cause issues, any more thoughts?
