In the documentation, the command to run is $ make near-withdraw-to-eth ..., but the make file doesn't contain such a command.

I guess it should be near-withdraw-bridged-eth https://github.com/aurora-is-near/eth-connector/blob/master/eth-custodian/Makefile#LL71C15-L71C22
