Add Graingenes api for traits?

The graingenes database has 437 traits, such as

https://wheat.pw.usda.gov/cgi-bin/GG3/report.cgi?class=trait;query=;name=Boron+sensitivity;id=28

But we are producing no BRAPI feed for them.

Steve can do this but it will take several days, as some code for the germplasm feed will likely need to be refactored.

I’m encountering an issue when trying to fetch the trait details via the endpoint https://graingenes.org/GG4/brapi/v2/traits/389.

The data returned from this URL is incorrect and not associated with trait ID 389. It appears to be fetching details for something else entirely.
