Disable gif autoplay

### Description

In previous twitter versions, disabling video autoplay in accessibility settings also prevented gifs from autoplaying. This seems to no longer work in the current twitter version, and it would be nice to have an option to disable this (I hate autoplay anywhere and everywhere)
