Running `yarn test-sh` fails with timeout

Seems to have started happening after ava was updated to latest version.
All tests seem to be marked as succeeded but then there's a timeout that occurs during cleanup.
Some trial and error revealed that this timeout only occurs if at least one of the watch tests are performed.

Tests for watch have been disabled for now.
