i'm not sure if the problem is related to pfQuest Epoch or fixable with your Minimap part
But it seems like this two addons cause problems, the Quest indicator on the Minimap seems to interact because your addon makes "retail" quest icons and pfQuest makes there own Icon.
About the problem, around the quest marks ! and ? happens a circle and sometimes if going over some addon icons around the map this circles start to flicker.. not disturbing how the addon works but if there are multible quests its nearly impossible to see anything on the minimap because of like 10+ circles around the quest objects.
Fix for the moment is "Disable Minimap Nodes" in pfQuest but then its not possible to see quest objects besides of open the whole map.
Edit: after days of trying out options to fix the problem. it seems that the problem appeares from the Minimap Setting "Addon Button Skin", was able to active all the settings in pfQuest again and even toggle this "Addon Button Skin" produces this circles. gonna leave this setting off seems to solve the problem :)
